A leading Fashion brand with its multiple sales offices across different parts of the world was found cut off from the end consumer.  The challenges included:

  • Time taken to market new seasonal collection to the franchise offices

  • Huge investment in printing and distribution of fashion catalogs

  • Lack of coordination amongst the sales representative

  • Area Manager not able to get consolidated sales report

The team adopted Enterprise Mobility as a solution to overcome the above challenges.  Developing a tablet solution for iPad and Android Tab, a mobile app was developed which was securely integrated with the diverse enterprise systems used at the back office. In addition to providing real time information about the stocks, the sales representative was also equipped with the latest catalog without waiting for the printed catalogs to arrive at the respective offices.  Sales representative were able to connect with the franchise and area manager. This resulted in better connect and enriching of the brand value
